In this section, we will aim to outline some of the steps new patients will take, up to and including their first checkup.
Visiting Us
If you attend the practice in person, you will first be met by our helpful and friendly reception team. They will be able to answer any questions you have about joining the practice, the treatments we offer and what to expect during your check-up. Based on the information you share, our reception team will match you to the best dentist for the treatment required. Appointments can also be booked online or over the phone and our team will be happy to answer all your questions.
During your appointment​
Your dentist will introduce themselves and discuss with you any concerns you have regarding your dental health. They will then carry out an examination of your mouth and note done the results. If required, x-rays may be taken too. If further treatment is required this will be discussed with you.
