Campbell Dental Practice is a vibrant multi surgery practice providing modern dentistry with gentle care for the whole family for over 100 years. We strive to offer all our patients state of the art, affordable dentistry in relaxed surroundings.

We have been serving the local community in Stoke-on-Trent for over 100 years, treating NHS and private patients with care and empathy to ensure their teeth and gums are as healthy as possible. We enjoy meeting new patients as well as treating generations of the same family.

All our patients enjoy a comfortable, confidential treatment experience delivered by experienced dentists.  We go out of our way to ensure that all patients, young and old receive the highest standard of dental treatment we can provide.

Our team of dentists continually develop their clinical skills allowing us to offer our patients a broad range of treatments in-house. These range from Dental Implants; Smile Makeovers; Crowns, Bridges and Veneers; Gum Treatments; Dentures and Routine Checkups; Invisalign Teeth Straightening, Zoom whitening, Airflow stain removal and Hygiene and preventive advice from our Hygienist.

At Campbell Dental Practice we always put the needs and wishes of patients first. Ensuring all patients have a pleasant and relaxing experience during their visit is of utmost importance to all our Dentists, Hygienists, Nurses and Reception staff.

We have tried our very best to make the entire patient journey; from booking an appointment through to the treatment and aftercare, a stress-free experience with the highest level of customer care.

We have segmented our patient journey into seven basic steps, and at each step, you can rest assured that all our staff will treat you in a professional, friendly and caring manner. You will not, at any point in this journey, be rushed or forced into making any decisions without being fully informed and comfortable.

Seven steps of your patient journey…

  • Step 1 - Initial contact enquiry
    Whether you contact us via phone (01782 844 696), email ([email protected]), web form, send a selfie form or popping in as you walk past, we promise to respond to each and every form of communication in a professional manner.
  • Step 2 - Appointment booked
    Having booked your appointment you will receive a reminder email and text message for your upcoming appointment. You will also receive a link to be able to fill in your medical history, data protection consent and patient detail forms from the comfort of your home. A barcode is then sent to you which can be used to self-check-in when attending for your appointment, saving you time.
  • Step 3 - First appointment
    When you enter the practice you will be greeted by our friendly reception staff who will check you in. ​ Whether you're a regular patient or have not been to visit a dentist for a while, we assure you that you will be treated in a professional and caring manner. supportive of to all patients to help them bring their oral health to the very best standard.
  • Step 4 - Treatment plan
    After your appointment, your dentist will discuss a treatment plan with you and provide you with this in writing. The treatment plan will lay out all the treatment options that were discussed during the appointment.
  • Step 5 - Accepting Treatment
    Having received the treatment plan please take your time to consider which option you would like to proceed with, your dentist will also advise you of the best option. Once decided, please call or email us and we will then arrange your appointment to commence treatment.
  • Step 6 - Treatment
    The treatment will be carried out as stated in your treatment plan, your dentist will keep you informed of the progress of the treatment and will make sure you are happy with the way it is progressing. Your dentists will be happy to explain any part of the treatment at any stage. Our aim is to ensure you leave with the results you want and for you to be happy with your experience.
  • Step 7 - Aftercare
    After you have completed your course of treatment we are always available to answer any questions and to make sure you are happy with your treatment. A follow-up appointment may also be scheduled with your dentist so they can check up on you.
